Coal Clough Dental Care has worked with Local Dental Committees to put procedures in place to ensure the safety of our colleagues and patients whilst we intend to reopen on the 8 th of June 2020.
Services are not quite back to normal and we may not be able to provide you with the same service you have always received from us. We are working to ensure that those who need dental care most are able to receive it. This means that we may not be able to offer routine examinations and other non-urgent care for some time.
If you are in pain or in need of support and need help or advice, please contact us in the usual way. Whilst we work to reopen the practice for all non-urgent dental treatment and check-ups which previously stopped due to the #COVID19 pandemic, urgent help is still available, contact us for more information.
As we are observing social distancing, you should continue to telephone us, rather than attending in person without an appointment.
Please do not visit the practice unless you have been advised to. This will ensure the practice can continue to provide essential care safely.
It will be some months before our services return to what you previously experienced as normal and will be dependent on the further easing of COVID-19 control measures.
What to expect when you visit us:
When you visit us now, you will notice quite a few changes have been made to keep you and your dental team safe.
- The practice will look different as it as it will be operating in a way that observes COVID-19 social distancing and hygiene rules, as part of measures taken to ensure your safety and that of the dental team.
- The dental team may be wearing different protective equipment to what you are used to seeing.
- The treatments you will be offered may be different to those you received before 25 March 2020.
Please be patient with us. We are working extremely hard to restore dental services and ensure that they are safe for everyone.
